Reunion In The Black Forest – Now Available On Qobuz
After the immense success of “Welcome To The Black Forest”, a compilation created specifically fo the streaming service Qobuz, the succescor is now live. “Reunion In The Black Forest” showcases once more the incredible quality and depth of the MPS catalogue, featuring world stars by the likes of Oscar Peterson and Ella Fitzgerald but also diving deeper into the vault and presenting musicians like Mark Murphy or the band Smoke. Listerners all over the world can now experience this compilation in High-Res 24-Bit quality.
Besides those artists already mentioned some highlights of the compilation include a young George Duke on Au Right and Joe Henderson on Candlelight playing together with Chick Corea, Ron Carter and Billy Higgins. Other artists on the compilation include Brazilian singer Ed Motta, french violinist Stéphane Grappelli and American jazz guitarist Joe Pass.
